WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We currently serve the Omaha metropolitan area, including Elkhorn, Bennington, Bellevue, Papillion, and Gretna.
DO YOU OFFER PICKUP?
Not at this time due to kitchen facility access restrictions. However, we plan to offer free pickup in the future.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
When will my order be delivered?
We deliver Monday–Friday in the evening.
- Orders placed by 12 AM (midnight) Sunday–Thursday will be prepared and delivered the next evening.
- Weekend orders will be prepared and delivered on Monday.
HOW ARE THE MEALS DELIVERED?
Your meals arrive in a sealed cardboard box, delivered by our in-house drivers. You’ll receive text notifications when your package is out for delivery and when it has been delivered.
HOW LONG DO THE MEALS STAY FRESH?
- Refrigerated: Up to 6 days after delivery.
- Frozen: Up to 2 months after delivery.
WHAT IS THE PACKAGING MADE OF?
- Containers: Recyclable, BPA-free, non-toxic, microwave-safe polypropylene.
- Sleeves: Recyclable paperstock.
- Designed for disposal after use.

CAN I MODIFY OR CUSTOMIZE THE MEALS?
At this time, our meals are pre-set with standardized ingredients and portion sizes (cut or bulk).
DO YOU HAVE A CHANGING OR SEASONAL MENU?
We currently have a fixed menu of 8 items, optimized for consistency and quality. However, we plan to introduce seasonal rotating options in the future.
